What is CrossFit?
CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness.
There is always something that motivates someone to commit themselves to a healthy lifestyle and having someone in the gym to give you that extra push is what our trainers do.

What is CrossFit? It is constantly varied functional movement performed at a high intensity. It is a fitness program, one that helps people try and achieve their personal goals physically. But, is that all CrossFit is? Long after the weight is lost, long after the strength is found, what keeps you coming back for more?
J Town athletes were asked to define CrossFit in one word. The words chosen were not words about the physical changes one sees by working out everyday. Instead, they are words representative of the mental gains experienced at CrossFit J Town. The most common word named was Empowering. CrossFit is empowering. Empower: to make (someone) stronger and more confident. CrossFit challenges us physically and mentally. At J Town, one can find confidence, self trust, faith. But, it is not done alone. It is done together, as a team. One that encourages and supports. One that helps you to push boundaries. At CrossFit J Town, you will gain so much more than just a physical workout.
Daily, inside the box, you will put yourself to the test. It is a physical game and it is a mental game. You will become stronger, faster and more driven. You will overcome. And, you will come back tomorrow with an understanding that your strength is not measured by the amount of weight you are able to throw around. Your strength is measured by the amount you have overcome to be able to even walk in the door and the continued belief in yourself once you have arrived.
The longer you wait, the further you’re getting from your goal. Those calories aren't burning themselves. Make the commitment to be healthy.
